Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may change if additional services are requested or if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the cleaning process.

Scheduling & Weather
Appointments may be rescheduled due to weather conditions, safety concerns, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to notify customers promptly and reschedule services as soon as possible.

Property Access
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property. Any obstacles, locked gates, pets, vehicles, or personal belongings that may interfere with service should be removed or secured before the scheduled appointment.

Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to charge late fees on overdue balances and pursue collection efforts when necessary.

Satisfaction Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the completed service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion so we can review and address your concerns.

Liability
SoftWash Pressure Washing LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose siding, deteriorated paint, cracked surfaces, improperly installed materials, or conditions that become visible after cleaning. While every effort is made to protect your property, certain stains, discoloration, oxidation, rust, and permanent surface damage may not be fully removable.
